The City of Glendale is now introducing Community Core, which allows you to submit and pay for permits electronically.

For Credit/Debit card: 2.95% (minimum fee $2.95)
For Electronic check: flat fee of $1.50

Credit and debit card payments can be paid on a personal device or at City Hall. Fees are subject to change at the discretion of third-party processors. Please see the fee schedule below for credit card payments.
*Please be aware that the minimum fee means that if they have not met the minimum percentage rate of 2.00, then they will be charged the $2.00 fee for those payments until they meet the percentage rate, and then the rate will be calculated according.
