No person, firm, or corporation shall, in any manner, directly or indirectly, upon any premises, or by any device, sell, exchange, barter, dispose of, or give away, or keep for sale, any cigarette, cigarette paper or cigarette wrappers, or any substitute therefor, without first obtaining a license.

Additional Requirements
If you have a change of agent only, you will need to complete the CTV-102 Appointment of Agent Form and submit this to the City Clerk's Office in accordance with Department or Revenue regulations.

Additional Fee
$15.00 background investigation report for each person named on application.
Late Penalty
A double fee will be assessed on all delinquent renewal applications.
Duration
License shall have a term of one (1) year commencing on July 1st and expiring on June 30th of each year. If granted subsequent to July 1 in any given year, license shall expire on June 30 after issuance.
